Tom Rotmans is the Founder and Managing Director of Rotmans Consultancy & Business Development and operates internationally as an enterprise data and transformation leader. He supports organizations where strategic direction, complex delivery, technology, and organizational accountability converge.
 

His work spans strategy through execution, including enterprise Data Governance, AI governance and readiness, operating-model design, SAP S/4HANA data transformation, program governance, and complex stakeholder alignment. He is typically engaged when organizations need senior direction combined with pragmatic implementation.
 

Tom brings approximately 15 years of experience across financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods, and the public sector. He has led and advised initiatives for organizations including Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Heineken, Hitachi, Viatris and PGGM Investments.
 

His assignments have included Vice President Data Governance, Global Data Lead, Data Migration Lead, and Data Governance and Transformation Program Lead. Across these roles, he has connected executive sponsors, business functions, data and technology teams, implementation partners, and specialist delivery resources to establish ownership, improve decision-making, manage risk, and translate strategy into measurable execution.
 

Engagements range from executive and fractional advisory mandates to interim leadership, program delivery, and targeted transformation interventions. Tom works independently or alongside existing leadership and delivery teams, with assignments conducted internationally and adapted to the maturity and needs of each organization.
